1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded by 567apk to a User's account, subject to applicable bonus terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 567apk platform in any capacity — including as a visitor who does not register — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 567apk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

If we discover that a User is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonuses credited.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by 567apk or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on 567apk, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify us promptly of any changes.

4.2 One Account Per Household

A maximum of one active 567apk account is permitted per individual person, per household address, per device, and per IP address. 567apk reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to reallocate funds at its sole discretion where multiple accounts are identified.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the User.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and fraud prevention, 567apk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme.

5.1 When KYC is Required

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. We may also request KYC documents at the time of registration, when cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or at any time where we have reason to verify a User's identity.

5.2 Acceptable Documents

Acceptable identity documents for Indonesian residents include a valid Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP — Indonesian national identity card), a valid Indonesian passport, or a valid Indonesian driver's licence (SIM). Proof of address may also be required in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the previous three months.

5.3 Processing Time

KYC reviews are typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission during business days. Withdrawals will remain pending until the verification process is complete. 567apk is not liable for any delays in processing caused by incomplete or illegible document submissions.

6 Deposits

All deposits on the 567apk platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page within your account and may vary by payment method.
• Accepted methods: 567apk accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are not permitted.
• Processing time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 2–5 minutes of successful transfer confirmation. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds.

• Third-party deposits: Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party (i.e., someone other than the registered account holder) are strictly prohibited and will be returned. In cases of repeated violation, the account will be suspended.
• Deposit limits: Users may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately; an increase in deposit limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

7 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC: Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Wagering of deposits: Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved, as a standard anti-money-laundering control. This requirement is separate from, and in addition to, any bonus wagering requirements.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Wagering Requirements

10 Prohibited Activities

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from 567apk.
